Diabetes is an increasingly common condition affecting over three million people in the UK alone; most people have a friend or member of the family who has diabetes. Using a controlled carefully planned out exercising regime you can control your blood levels and help to reverse diabetes.<b>Dieting</b> by creating a diabetic diet plan you can dramatically decrease the amount of insulin injections you may need, you can even stop having to take them all together (wouldn’t that be great). Create a diabetic diet plan which contains all the food supplements that you will need for a health diabetic diet. <b>Weight loss</b> diabetic weight loss is a great way of reversing diabetes this can be achieved using the two ways I suggested previously.Overall using these suggestions which are also medically advised you can control and reverse your diabetes.
